I had new windows installed by this company. The windows are of very high quality and were professionally installed. The consultation was also excellent, helping me decide on the type of windows, as well as the color and pattern. Furthermore, they worked collaboratively with me to find solutions to any problems that arose. Excellent cooperation; I can highly recommend this company.

A competent and reliable company. We received a quote very quickly and were well advised by Christoph. Delivery and installation were on time (which, unfortunately, is no longer a given these days). We had a wooden stringer staircase installed, which is of very good quality (it's been standing for four months).

For our renovated old building, which will become a physiotherapy practice, we were looking for a staircase and found Christoph from K&K Bauelemente und Merbau through eBay Classifieds. We quickly arranged an appointment, and someone came out to take measurements. They gave us tips and suggestions, and we received a quote with a visual preview of the staircase. Since everything seemed professional and the price was right, we placed the order. Someone else came later because changes had been made to the floor (screed) and took all the measurements again. Excellent! Six weeks later, the staircase was installed yesterday. The same staircase builder who had taken the measurements came with two colleagues and installed the entire staircase in an incredible 3.5 hours. He cleaned up perfectly afterward and even polished the glass. From planning to installation, everything went wonderfully. Communication (by phone or WhatsApp) was excellent and seamless, as everyone speaks and understands German well. We can wholeheartedly recommend this company; the staircase is of outstanding quality and the work was carried out very neatly. We had this company renovate our two staircases. The quote was excellent, and our multiple requests for changes were incorporated. All agreements and deadlines were reliably met, and the work was completed cleanly and accurately within two days. Even a complaint after the final inspection was resolved promptly and amicably.
